2012 Hyundai Azera Creates its Own Place in the Market

Less than a decade ago, Hyundai introduced the 2006 Azera with the intention of breaking into the premium full-size sedan market.  Leaders of the South Korean automaker weren't exactly expecting it to be the new number one seller, but they couldn't help but be a bit upset when it did not perform all too well. Nonetheless, it served its purpose as a placeholder in that segment, until Hyundai could develop what they truly wanted. The moment has come.  Please welcome to the world the 2012 Hyundai Azera. Last November this new model was introduced at the L.A. Auto Show, and you can now purchase your's today.

You're probably wondering how the new Hyundai Azera differs from the 2006 version? Well the answer is pretty much everything from design, to a 3.3-liter V6 engine that produces 293 horsepower.  There have many other upgrades such as advanced Sachs shocks, better steering with direct feedback and solid pedal/engine response. Competitors of the new Hyundai include Buick LaCrosse, Nissan Maxima, Acura TL, and Ford, being that these vehicles are all front-wheel drive. What really distinguishes the Azera however over the competition is the value for what you are getting.  You have more options in the Azera was well as better fuel economy ratings. The 2012 Hyundai Azera has a more affordable MSRP beginning at $32,000 (not including $875 shipping costs).
