This dealership is officially my favorite. Ashlynn helped me find the perfect car and she and her team worked together to make sure everything was what I wanted and needed, not just to get the most out of the sale. I read many positive reviews about the low pressure atmosphere and ease of purchasing and it didn’t disappoint. Danny was excellent from the start, he sent me videos of the models I was considering before coming in once I’d applied online for Hyundai credit. He was willing to go the extra mile to get any vehicle with any feature just for me to get familiar with it. Finance is what you’d expect with the extras but didn’t push too hard for all the extras.

I went in to have the batteries replaced on my key fobs and they didn't charge me a penny. The gentleman said it was part of their service. Wow!

This review is for Parker and Shawn who today were my knights in shining armor. Somehow as I drove to take a sd card with pictures of my son’s wedding on it to the photographer, it disappeared! (I had it sitting on the lip of the cover to the cupholders as I drove) When I stopped, we searched and couldn’t find it at all. I was panicking! I called and Parker answered just as I turned into the dealership. He met me at the service drive and was very sympathetic when I told him what had happened. He went to talk to a technician and returned with Shawn who proceeded to take the cover off the console - he said it was easy - and there underneath was the sd card! I was so overjoyed and relieved! We always hate the process of buying a new car, but it felt comfortable going to Murdock, especially when we met Jim Clarken. He helped us find our new car to help us get ready for our second child. I’ve done a lot of research and test drove several cars while looking for my car. As a first time buyer, I felt naive and anxious in most dealerships, but this location was nothing but helpful!
